Strength & Stretch classes at Dance.tech help dancers build the technical foundation they need to thrive in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, acro, and performance programs. Through flexibility training, targeted strengthening, and safe conditioning techniques, dancers learn proper alignment, mobility, balance, and controlled extension — skills that support them both inside and outside the studio.

What to Bring to Strength & Stretch Classes

To ensure safety and maximum range of motion:

  • Comfortable, fitted dancewear

  • Hair secured away from the face

  • Water bottle

  • Jazz shoes or bare feet (as directed by instructor)

  • Yoga mat (optional, if your dancers currently use them)
