Strength & Stretch classes at Dance.tech help dancers build the technical foundation they need to thrive in ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, acro, and performance programs. Through flexibility training, targeted strengthening, and safe conditioning techniques, dancers learn proper alignment, mobility, balance, and controlled extension — skills that support them both inside and outside the studio.
Our Strength & Stretch offerings support dancers from Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Radford, and the entire New River Valley, giving each dancer tools to grow confident, capable, and injury-resistant.

Comfortable, fitted dancewear
