Strength & Stretch

This conditioning class supports dancers in all styles by building muscular strength, control, and flexibility. Dancers complete workouts tailored to dance-specific needs, targeting key muscle groups used in leaps, turns, balances, and extensions. In addition to improving performance quality, the curriculum supports injury prevention, stamina, and technique longevity. It’s more than just cross-training… it’s a core component of dance success.
