6+: Leveled Technique Classes

Our Studio

Our mission is to inspire self-confidence, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for the performing arts in every developing dancer. Our faculty is made up of dedicated, experienced professionals committed to excellence in dance education. Our directors bring degrees in dance education and business, along with professional performance and coaching experience.

To ensure age-appropriate progression and a strong sense of community, level placement is based on a dancer’s current school grade. For more information on level placement and style offerings, see below!

With the exciting opening of our fourth studio, we’re expanding class offerings and increasing capacity to welcome more dancers than ever. Not sure where to begin? Start by selecting the class level that matches your child’s current school grade, and we’ll guide you from there!

Classes & Styles

At our studio, we offer a wide variety of dance styles that support both artistic expression and technical development.

Class Levels

Our leveled curriculum is thoughtfully designed to grow with your dancer. From playful early introductions to disciplined technique and artistry, our goal is to ensure every dancer is supported throughout their artistic journey. Levels are based on school grade, with flexibility for combined levels to accommodate interest and scheduling needs. Faculty may recommend different placement based on readiness, experience, and maturity.

  • Debut (Preschool, age 3-4): A gentle introduction to dance that blends ballet, tap, and gymnastics with imaginative movement, music, and play. Focused on motor skill development, rhythm, and classroom readiness.

  • Spotlight (Pre-K, age 4-5): Perfect for first-time dancers in a structured class. Focuses on foundational ballet, tap, tumbling, and jazz with a creative, theme-based approach.

  • Level 1 (Kindergarten-1st grade): Dancers begin building a technical foundation across multiple styles. Structured ballet, tap, jazz, and gymnastics classes are introduced, emphasizing posture, musicality, and coordination, all while making learning fun and rewarding.

  • Level 2 (2nd Grade): As strength and focus improve, dancers dive deeper into technique. Students refine skills like clean footwork, rhythm changes, balance, and full-body coordination while exploring more intricate movement patterns.

  • Level 3 (3rd Grade): Dancers gain confidence through more challenging combinations, directional changes, and expression. Musical interpretation and performance quality are introduced alongside continued technical development.

  • Level 4 (4th Grade): Dancers work on consistency, stamina, and control. Technique becomes more refined, and students are encouraged to connect emotionally to music and movement while learning more demanding choreography.

  • Level 5 (5th Grade): Precision, clarity, and artistry are emphasized. Dancers learn complex sequences, explore stylistic variations, and develop stage presence. Strength training and injury prevention become more integrated into class.

  • Level 6 (6th Grade): Technique and artistry advance together. Dancers build endurance, learn longer phrases, and fine-tune transitions between movements. Self-expression and confidence take center stage.

  • Level 7 (7th Grade): Dancers are challenged with intricate choreography, dynamic movement, and advanced musical phrasing. This level supports those preparing for performance groups, competitions, or pointe work.

  • Level 8 (8th Grade): This level supports dancers transitioning into pre-professional training. Focus is placed on versatility, performance readiness, and polishing technique across all styles with an emphasis on strength, flexibility, and leadership.

  • Level 9 (9th Grade & Up): Level 9 is for advanced, committed dancers looking to elevate their training. Classes emphasize refinement, creativity, and versatility, with mentorship opportunities and preparation for collegiate or professional pathways in dance.

  • Adult (Ages 16+): Whether you’re returning to dance or trying something new, adult classes offer a supportive, no-pressure space to move, learn, and connect. Options vary from beginner to intermediate levels in ballet, tap, contemporary, hip hop, and more.
